The past few days have been a flurry of delicious food and this one of my all-time favorites! No-bake peanut butter cookies! Because I am a kind and gracious person (*cough*) I thought I would share the recipe I used for my very first batch ever.

No Bake PB Cookies

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
2 c granulated white sugar
5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 stick butter
1/2 c milk (I used evaporated)
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 c old fashioned Quaker oats

Cooking Directions
In a medium saucepan stir the sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk together. Over medium-high heat, bring it to a boil, stirring to help the butter melt. Boiling means that there are bubbles all the way across the top of the liquid. Start your stopwatch now and boil it for exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly add the peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal and stir to combine.

Working quickly, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper. They will cool and harden within a few minutes. Voila. You’re done!

So there you have it, folks! I hope your holiday was amazing and that you got to enjoy lots of yummy goodness!
