Well, the week started out awesome and it was downhill from there. Okay, so it wasn’t actually a bad week. But here’s what happened. I went to ALA on Sunday and Monday, which was AWESOME and then it was over so it was less awesome. I got some great books at ALA that I really can’t wait to read! Some I was excited about before I went and some I was literally pulled out of the walkway to look at!
Them: “Do you want a signed book?”
Me: “What’s it about?”
Them: Shoves book in hand and pushes me in front of the author.
I honestly had a blast! After ALA was over, I decided to finish binge watching The Tudors, which my husband got me on blu ray for my birthday in April! I’ve made it halfway through season three and I know it’s going to get more depressing as it goes on, but I love it! Next week I’m planning to see Tarzan with a friend and I’m super excited because, um, Alexander Skarsgård, if we’re being honest. Other than that, I want to get started on some of these ARCs!
