Thus ends another insanely stressful week. I will be so happy when this semester finally ends so I can finally breathe for five minutes. College students in your teens and early twenties without husbands, bills, and responsibilities: enjoy it! Seriously.
My reading time prior to Wednesday night was completely taken over by a book I had to read for school about the Sand Creek Massacre. It wasn’t quite as boring as some other school reads, but non-fiction is always so much harder to get through! I had to help lead a class discussion Wednesday night pertaining to the book, but the author was there via Skype and actually took over most of the evening, which did make my life easier.
Thursday night my husband and I decided it was the Christmas season. We curled up on the couch with hot chocolate and puppies and watched Winnie the Pooh and Christmas Too! You know? The one from 1991? That is definitely on my list of top five Christmas movies! Thursday also started the Ho Ho Ho Read-a-Thon! Yay!
This weekend has been a blur of brownies, ice cream, tacos, and baby showers. My cousin is having her very first baby girl next month (well, if she holds out that long).
